Using this website
Use this website lawfully. Do not misuse our systems, attempt unauthorized access or submit information you are not entitled to provide. The store is intended for purchases by adults able to enter a purchase contract.
Products and descriptions
Review the product description, size, contents and use instructions before purchase. Photographs may vary in appearance across screens. Product imagery, including any digitally produced imagery, must represent the item offered; screen variation does not excuse a materially different product. Contact us if you need clarification before ordering.
Terms of Purchase — Prices, Payments and Orders
Prices are shown in US dollars unless checkout explicitly states another currency. Available payment methods, shipping charges and applicable taxes collected by us are shown before you pay. A confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order. If we cannot supply an item or identify a material listing or pricing error, we will contact you with the available options and refund any unfulfilled, cancelled amount. We will not charge an increased price without your agreement.
Delivery
Most orders dispatch within 5 business days after payment; estimated transit is 10–20 business days after dispatch. Standard shipping is US$2.99 per order. Read the Shipping & Delivery policy for fulfillment locations, tracking and help with delays or missing parcels. Estimated delivery dates are not guarantees.
Changes, cancellation and returns
Request a change or cancellation before fulfillment processing begins. Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch. Eligible return requests must be made within 14 calendar days of delivery. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of an approved cancellation, or receipt and inspection of an approved return. Pet use and care
Select items suitable for your pet's size, habits and comfort. Follow the product instructions, supervise play, inspect items regularly and stop use if damaged. Pet accessories are not a substitute for veterinary advice or care.
