Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before production begins or before shipment is arranged.

If the cancellation is approved, a full refund will be issued automatically.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.


Return Eligibility

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

Products must be unused
Original packaging must be included
Valid order proof must be provided

Returns must be approved before items are sent back.

Only one shipping fee applies per order.

No restocking fees are charged.


Refund Processing

After inspection, refund approval status will be sent via email.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.
